The Group on Earth Observations (GEO) Health Community of Practice is pleased to host the next community teleconference on Tuesday, February 15th from 8:30AM-10AM EST (GMT-5). During this telecon, Nale Mudau (South African National Space Agency) and Phoebe Oduor (AfriGEO / Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development) will describe current and upcoming activities and priorities of the AfriGEO region. Also, Anna Stewart-Ibarra (Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research, IAI) will help moderate the Q&A discussion on identifying synergies for potential collaborations in the AfriGEO region as well as share best practices experienced from ongoing collaborations in the AmeriGEO region. This presentation can facilitate an insightful discussion about potential collaborations in the AfriGEO region.
